1. Cross encoding checking

RFID EncoCheck checks the printed barcode value vs decoded value from the encoded EPC number

 

2. Duplication detection

Every scanned EPC number is check for duplication across all QC machines

 

3. Encoding validation

RFID EncoCheck does a validation check to ensure proper EPC format is encoded and rejects:

• Incorrectly encoded stickers/hangtags

• Not encoded stickers/hangtags (default encoding)

 

4. Weak or Damaged labels detection

RFID EncoCheck tries to read each sticker/hangtag up to 10 times and rejects it in case it is not readable.

 

5. Unique roll identification

RFID EncoCheck assigns a unique roll ID to each roll

Roll ID is a combination of company code, location code, QC Machine and roll ID

This number allows the target client and the supplier to identify each roll individually and trace it back to its production location.

 

6. Inner Core label

RFID EncoCheck generates an inner core label that will be placed inside each roll. It includes the location of production, Date/time, Roll ID, QTY

 

7. Enhanced reports

RFID EncoCheck generates a detailed report that includes the following:

• Production location name, address, and contact info

• Roll ID

• Date/Time

• List of SKUs included in the roll & the quantity of each one

• List of EPC number ranges assigned to each SKU & its quantity

 

8. Complete history access to previously scanned data RFID EncoCheck provides the supplier with the ability to trace any scanned roll using the roll ID and generate the full report, and inner core label again if needed
